CODIFICACIÓN/FACTURACIÓN En Estados Unidos, la retinopexia con láser para un desgarro, agujero o degeneración en encaje de la retina sin desprendimiento de retina asociado se codifica como terminología procesal actual (CPT, current procedural terminology ) 67145 (Profilaxis de desprendimiento de retina [p. ej., desgarro de retina, degeneración en encaje] sin drenaje, una o más sesiones, fotocoagulación). El periodo global para este código es de 90 días.
