SECCIÓN II FUNDAMENTOS DE CIRUGÍA GINECOLÓGICA
■ Se requieren conocimientos básicos de la anatomía quirúrgica de la pelvis para realizar intervenciones ginecológicas complejas como la histerectomía o la ooforectomía. Es importante conocer la ubicación y los límites de los principales espacios retroperitoneales, así como las relaciones anatómicas de las estructuras vitales a distintos niveles de la pelvis. ■ La comunicación entre los miembros del equipo qui rúrgico es fundamental para evitar faltantes en el ins trumental o las esponjas quirúrgicas.
