Arthroscopic Findings: ■ Inferior capsular attachments to the humerus were attenuated and torn (Fig. 3-98). ■ Anterior capsular attachments to the humerus could be seen down to 5 o’clock without disruption (Fig. 3-99).

■ After debridement of torn capsular margins, the HAGL was seen to extend from 5:30 to 6:30, in the farthest inferior portion of the shoulder. A posteroinferior (7 o’clock) working portal was established for bone bed preparation and repair (Fig. 3-100).
